Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not available.

Exchange Request Time

Exchange requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.

Exchange Logistics Charges

A ₹200 exchange logistics charge will be borne by the customer.

Exchange Conditions

To be eligible for an exchange:

• An unboxing video is mandatory for all exchange requests.
• Additional discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
• The product must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition.

Once the exchange request is reviewed and approved, our team will assist you with the exchange process.
